  • 1 avocado (medium, ripe)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (nonfat, plain)
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fully combined.

  2. Add more salt and pepper to taste (if needed).
