Thermo-Style Chipotle Cream Sauce

This creamy chipotle sauce makes a great topper on meat. The sauces we put on our food are often loaded with sugar, but this recipe relies on natural flavors from peppers, garlic and lime.

Chipotle Cream Sauce

This creamy chipotle sauce is an excellent addition to meat or Mexican-inspired foods. It’s low in calories but big on taste. 

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (soy-free)
  • 2 tbsp lime (juiced)
  • salt (to taste)
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fully incorporated. 

  2. Season with more salt to taste. 

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
