Great read - with a different view point that makes sens
A lot of discussion and breaking down the 'accepted' norms of what is healthy and good for us. Not sure I'll be able to apply all of the recommendations at once so working to address each concern one by one and change how I eat to better support overall health. Tons of documentation to show while many things are 'healthy' for the one thing they help, those things never address the side effects on other parts of your body. Definitely recommend

Best Nutrtion book ever
I am still reading this book and have learned so much. Knowledge is Power. I have never been so motivated to change the way I eat. Now I need a copy to give to friends because I keep telling them about it. My highlighted copy stays here with me. Amazing!

Very good. Well written. I wish you would produce a booklet of your umzu products and their uses, stacking and why certain ingredients will produce a healthier and more vibrant life. I am at a lost as to what to use to help what?

This book will help you to understand why conventional DIETS are unhealthy and don't work long term. We have been told to think this way, so if you are ready to STOP doing what you are told and start thinking outside of the box, then this book is for you! I am 50 years old, I've lost 40 pounds effortlessly, I feel my strength is improving consistently and I look and feel better than I have in a decade!!! Thank you Christopher for helping me reset my thinking about what I put in my body daily, and for products that actually help my BODY and MIND perform better! I am an UMZU customer for life!!!

Must read for everyone.
This book has changed my life. It has provided me with a reasonable way to approach what to eat and most importantly why. I have bought several copies and gifted them to my friends and family. Wonderful work CW!

Thermo diet
Great book my wife love it. Totally changed the way we cooking at home. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to change the way they eat.

This should be required reading for any nutrition instruction
I just started implementing what I’ve learned from this terrific book and I’m starting to feel even better. Pants seem to be getting looser…LOL. I’m getting more consistent with the exercise and hope through the continued improvements to my diet I’ll start to see the weight drop and other health improvements. Thanks for writing this book Christopher.

My experience was very well. I actually use this book as my guide to choosing my grocery list. I have more energy.

Simple and appropriate
Top tier. This clears up so many questions and reassures some of my intuition on dieting I felt over the years. Would certainly recommend!

Interesting read but kinda common knowledge
This book is thorough and well-written, chock-full of excellent advice. However, seems to me that all/most diet-based lifestyle change method or fad diet are pretty much the same, in that: 1) burn more calories than consuming —> weight loss will happen, 2) stick to whole foods, fresh and frozen produce, whole grain based carbs, high proteins —> lose weight, increase health and well being, and 3) exercise increases the affects of 1 & 2! Maybe I’ve just become well-read on this topic So it all sounds similar to me… basically there are no tricks that provide long term healthful results, period. Only possible with healthy food and activity choices. If it seems too good to be true— like an exotic supplement from Africa that caused “Angela” to lose 60 lbs in 2 months— IT IS..

Still too early to tell for me, BUT, I'm glad & feel better adding back fruit & root vegetables to my diet:)
