A Flavourful Boost

I waited awhile before leaving a review because I really wanted to give Zuumlytes electrolyte mix an honest opinion. Also, while I had not used this product everyday, I did use it in different ways. I put about a half scoop in my black coffee just to see what kind of result could/would happen and I was pleasantly surprised! It gave a certain amount of flavour that, for me, was different from the usual, didnt need cream, and replaced sweetener. It also was easier to make than bullet proof coffee. I have tried about half a scoop in plain yogurt (serving size) and I really enjoy it. It adds flavour and just enough sweetness to blend well without removing that signature tartness in the yogurt I used. As its own with water is waaay more satisfying than any water enhancer or sports drink out there, in my opinion. In my experience with the Zuumlytes electrolyte mix, I've had a flavourful drink, sustained energy, no up & down boost and crash feeling at all, just a nice gradual feeling. Oh, and 1 full serving (1 full scoop) in water can last a decent amount of time. There are energy drinks that give you the energy but you feel more thirsty than ever after your first swig. Not so with Zuumlytes. Bottomline, in all honesty, my first look at the bag/pouch made me question the price, but if you take into account the average price of an "-ade"drink vs. Zuumlytes, well Zuumlytes is the better deal. And you can make your drink fresh and to the amount you want/require. And you won't have to worry about all those recyclables, just one pouch that offers a 30 day supply. Because I’ve already shared it with three of my friends! I mixed this with coconut water and served over ice for my workout buds. So yummy! This instantly hydrated me and gave me more energy. My friends love it when I share my UMZU products with them

The perfect hydration drink for MTHFR

I have the MTHFR gene mutation which means my body can’t methylate certain types of B vitamins and folic acid. I was so happy to finally find a hydration drink that has the right B vitamins. I highly recommend Zuumlytes!

Love, Love this product! I take this in the morning to start my day off and it immediately boosts my energy levels and gets me ready for my morning workout routine! I really like to stay hydrated and this product works well...only problem I have is that this tiny bag is hard to work with...

I quit my pre workout drink and have replaced it with the electrolytes. I get the energy and the much needed electrolytes before I lift.

Tastes great and great for recovery

I workout first thing in the morning and after a hard workout, drinking this is great to help me not feel pulley afterwards and helps me get through the rest of the day. Great product!

Great Electrolyte drink!!

I loved this drink mix! If you are feeling down and having low energy one scoop of this in your water bottle will give you the boost you need to make it through your day. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Agree with others on this - love the taste but the packaging is hard to work with. It's also a bit spendy (and smaller) compared to competitor options but unless I find something that tastes better, I will be keeping this in stock. Thanks UMZU!

Love the product, taste and hydration are awesome. Packaging is a pain to scoop from, deep skinny package and it's just not super functional, same can be said for the bone broth and collagen packages. Love the products, wish the packaging was more accessible.

Great flavor, great results

The banana-strawberry flavor is amazing. Absolutely love it and it is refreshing. Better than any kind of Powerade, Gatorade, or Vitamin water out there, especially with all that extra additives and food coloring. ZUUM has none of that but extra ingredients to help fuel you and give you more energy and rehydrate your body.

I add a scoop or two to my half gallon water jug. Helps keep me hydrated better during my work day. I will use it year round.

First thing I’d like to say is that this stuff tastes good and I enjoyed drinking it, I did fun it a little hard to stir with super cold water, but room temperature water or even slightly warm water it mixed just fine, I’m giving it 4 stars because it was good but not amazing.

Zuum Lytes

This is my first time trying zuum lytes. I really enjoyed the flavor and it makes a nice refreshing morning drink. I add one scoop of zuum lytes to a little hot water to make it easier to dissolve, then let it site for a few minutes and top up with cold water.
